Colt classes are the first 3-4 rides on a young horse over the course of 3 days. Participant will learn an effective way to understand their colts and to have success in the first few rides so the rider can feel more confident moving forward.
Horsemanship classes are where Dustin will meet each rider where they are at and will work in building a better relationship and communication between horse and rider.
Roping and cow work is an extension off of the horsemanship classes. Here we add roping and cow work. This is for beginners to advanced.
Trainers Week is something that is open to individuals who train their own horses or train for the public. Trainers are to bring 2 unstarted colts and either 2 mature horses or young horses with more riding. The 5 days will be at our home place and individuals will ride everyday with Dustin and bring their horses along as we do with our program. Individuals will receive direction from Dustin as he rides along with them. Trainers week has a maximum of 5 participants for the week.
